Because Tensør Studio provides custom digital services (mixing, mastering and audio editing tailored to each client), all sales are considered final once work has started on your project.

No refunds are offered on completed services, as time and expertise have already been invested specifically for your material.

However, if you are not satisfied with the result, one round of reasonable revisions is included with each service, as long as the request stays within the original brief and does not require a complete new mix or master.

Additional revisions or major creative changes may be charged extra, depending on the scope of work.

If you wish to cancel a project before any work has begun, you may contact Tensor Studio as soon as possible to request a partial or full refund, which will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis. In cases of technical issues on Tensør Studio’s side (file delivery problems, corrupted files provided by the studio, etc.), solutions such as re‑delivery or partial refund may be proposed after investigation.
